Most of the suppliers are great at helping find the best solutions for the proper fasteners to secure to cement.

Well he is a partner in two other businesses and makes descent money annually, but I am sure he would like to go up not down.After I posted this in the forums, I have spoken with a couple people and with what we spoke about and my own ideas came up with what I believe may be a solution.

The termite remediation treatment is done, but the majority of the sill under the house has some termite damage - mild to moderate damage covering 60% of the sill in the front, sides, and back as well as across a couple of the floor beams. 

My solution was to call a landlord in the area to get those accurate rent rates.For me, starting out, I'm focused on big goals and doing it right.

Essentially you can rent it for 3 years and then sell with no capital gains treatment.  

I know getting investors is the obvious solution but the people I know I feel like don't have money or want to invest with me because it's my first deal and I am not proven yet. 

Supposedly this gets rid of about 80% of the smell.I also ordered another product called "Stink Free Instantly,"which works as an oxidizer rather than an enzyme and will supposedly treat any left over smell that is left from the enzyme treatment. 

And note that your strategy/solution will depend on how much equity they have.

It seems the 99% safe solution would be to use property management.
