Awesome...best is to be honest with your buyers list ....most of the time they are smart and have lots of information.

I think when I did it through LegalZoom I had the option of being recognized as separate members but we file taxes jointly so it didn't seem like a smart move.  .... and welcome to BP!

In other words, it can be a smart investment decision, but only if you go in knowledgeable of the risks.

Working on estimates, for a home in metro Atlanta, that we will be closing on shortly, Can any one advise , what is the going rate for attic insulation per sq ft (Fibre glass).

Would it be smart to try and flip this to another larger wholesaler in my area?
