I think when I did it through LegalZoom I had the option of being recognized as separate members but we file taxes jointly so it didn't seem like a smart move. .... and welcome to BP!

I'm a new RE Agent in TX, in process of getting CT license as well...but after working with a few investors it has become clear I want to accumulate some properties..small,1-4 family, for now...I'm interested, for now, in TX and New England...but open to smart investments anywhere they make sense...been reading, absorbing, listing and learning...want to get more understanding and get ready to execute the plan....mentor wanted!
