We all ready own similar properties and we have systems to manage the demands which comes with this tenant pool. 

Your realtor will run comparables of other similar homes in the area to see how much you should really pay, and will go to bat for you to negotiate repairs, closing costs, etc to get the best deal possible.

@Stephanie Harris I read very similar language in Oklahoma.

Because the pricing model is very similar to apartments though a bit more profitable, and you do not have the hassle of toilets, tenants, or trash!

The idea is similar to modern day pioneers looking for an area to build a new home in a better environment than we are currently in.My question: Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we could incorporate this lifestyle with building a real estate portfolio?
