Hey Biggerpockets fam, first time homebuyer here I would like some opinions on if buying a house at almost your max buying power is to risky. 

I hired a GC to manage the build out, but there has been no consensus on who is responsible for the utility payments (Water and Energy). 

(Not on the local MLS) While in Nashville at a doctor appointment, I guess the algorithms were in my favor and it appeared on my phone.

I would also prepare to sell it on the used marketplace but if you absolutely don’t want to go that route then I would recommend getting it included in the purchase upfront (but still use it as a bargaining chip first).3) marketing: the best target audience is going to be a savvy house-hacker for a property this style.

All the projects that I visited, 3 so far in Dallas this year, have been redone as projected, and proformas are in line with expectations.

Can someone recommend any advice on anything (setting up partnership structure, accounting/ setting up a bank account , lending with foreign investors, sourcing deals etc…).
