Nothing personal, but neighborhood scout is about as bunk as zillow...I don't condone investing in Cleveland...I think the root of the question is barrier to entry...I don't doubt there is incredible long-term appreciation in San Diego, but buying at $900/ft. is impossible for most people...trust me, I have my eye on Bird Rock.

It's amazing how much synergy you can develop when you have a rock-solid teammate with a consistent vision.

Then I waited for three days, or in other words, an eternity.. on the third day I received word that we had lost out to a cash offer, well above the asking price.. my gut filled with rocks, sinking me lower into my desk chair.

A contractor can be a Rockstar one day then MIA the next.

Also, the Real Estate Rockstars Podcast is great for agents new and experienced.
