There is one spot where there are larger gaps between the planks,  but I'm guessing that was an installation issue.  

I'm hoping to connect with all investors, new and seasoned, from Hawaii and from other parts of the country, to learn from each other, and hopefully engage in some real estate investment deals.

lolI'm looking for a long-term, low maintenance flooring to use for both of these areas, hopefully the same type of flooring to make things simple.I'd rather not use decking planks as I don't want bugs coming up into the porches and it would make it difficult to move the washer and dryer around.Anyone have any recommendations on the best flooring to use in these areas? 

I'm immersed in a couple of transactions with EquityBuild and have been happy with my engagement and involvement.
