Bothell and Kenmore (my current investment focus) have done very well and still hold a lot of value and upside relative to Bellevue.I should also mention that my agency offers a 0% bridge loan for rehabs, which can be very helpful in house-hacking. 

But for anyone who thinks it is not a scam, I live in Australia and I have this little bridge to sell, juts across from my place.

So that is very exciting this will allow us to continue to scale.. its all infill.3. stabilize some infill in Indy that I had some problems with Vendor. found new vendor that I am super excited about so hoping to get 10 infill new constructions built there this year. 4. expand our commercial lending on small multi and office  ( strictly bridge financing ). 

ALSO, stopping when I can see the bridge is out.The conclusion here is that NONE of those that I knew even got to the point of putting together a business plan, much less understand how to do an IRR calculation.THEREFORE, they need me to lead them to becoming Millionaires, DESPITE having advanced EDUCATIONAL degrees and professions, neither of which would have made them millions in their 40s or 50s.

Obviously you’d need another W-2 to get the HELOC, but I’d cross that bridge later.

No sense of burning this bridge and all the work youve already accomplished.

Also, just like moving to a new school when you were a kid, the friendliest kids on the playground may be that way because they have burned their bridges with everyone else in the class. 

@David Famiglietti thanks for your thorough response , i go to the lvac at aliante, and on my daily drives ive noticed  the northwest is growing rapidly. i have noticed the bridge devolopment  and the 215 expansion is all being done fairly quick too.

There will be opportunities in the short term fix and flip and bridge debt space, ala peer street.

We then use the same appraisal to refi that 150k bridge loan into a conventional loan with no additional cash out.
