@Ryan McElroy I would have to disagree with  Sue K., it is all about the land price and site development cost, if it were flat, then it should be the same.

I can re-key a lock in less than 5 minutes with my kwikset lock kit. 

Sue K., it would cash flow at 100% financing but it doesn't appear I am going to be able to go that route with the seller.Thanks for the input and I will let you know if it pans out.

So, I call our Heating Contractor and he goes over there and installs a Starter Kit after checking the furnace out.
