The good ones are well attended and you can meet buyers, wholesalers, flippers, hard money lenders etc, and they are also a good source for info.I also like local meetups - It's all about networking - that's really the most important aspect of real estate investing.DM me if you'd like more specifics - too much to put in a post!

thanks J Harvey - and yes the subdivision has MH and stick builds. the lot has sewer and water at the road, so there will be some additional expense, (i don't have to drill a well, or put in a septic system). there are a few others doing the same thing, in particular, the salesman at the MH store - (he has purchased 2 lots, the same subdivision, and placing brand new MH's on the lots for rent.
