Unfortunately I did not think about this before hand, but it has been brought to my attention that asbestos could be a concern since the building was build in 1968. 

According to the tenant she spoke to the seller's realtor about her concerns because they did not replace a majority of the drywall or the bathroom ceiling that was wet, but they didn't fix anything else.

Many times people will use the filters on MLS to ensure they find pet friendly rentals and the person who listed the property did not check the proper box but listed no pets in the description causing confusion. 

Subprime loans didn't cause the financial crisis of 2008 alone.

Hi all,I've been having issues with a homeless guy who turned the back of one of my properties into a makeshift home, and has caused property damage.

My buyer wont buy it cause the title isnt clean

But because we don’t depend on our real estate investing income for survival, if there is a market correction that causes a decrease in home values more than 20% and rents to drop 15-20% also, then our cash flow may temporarily go down to zero.

But it you cannot identify a specific cause for a problem at that location then its likely you're just looking at the first of multiple problems.The sellers may balk, but your agent should remind their agent now that they're aware of a problem they need to disclose it to future buyers.
