Would Someone be able to explain the process of finding selling financing through a wholesaler?

The more hands off you become in single family rentals, the more they start to look like syndications, i.e. trusting wholesalers or realtors to send you deals, buying based off their packages, hiring management companies and trusting them to do everything correctly, etc.  

Many are self proclaimed coaches but only have done SF and not MF and for instance, do not have network of off-market MF deals nor know any wholesalers.

I feel like I keep hearing that wholesalers are the worst and do illegal things.

You still have to pay your crew, but you don't pay yourself and you should have subs who work for wholesale prices for you so you have a leg up.
