They take weeks reviewing things and won't call you or tell you when they have reviewed things so you are constantly calling and then waiting for them to find your file.

It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back.

We may roll it back in the next few weeks.

@Bryon Andrews was spot on in his advice too - do some Zillow and FB Marketplace surfing every few weeks to see what rents in the blocks near your property have been renting for recently, and track how those fluctuate over time for a few months.

I've taken a couple real estate courses but Big Pockets is the best and I have been binge watching for the last 2 weeks and im super excited to start investing im looking to do the Brrrr strategy and looking to pick up small multi family properties and possibly off market flips. 

Just this week (week of Dec 9th) it looks like they have updated the app to go back to the way it was before so now FSBO homes can be viewed alongside Agent Listed homes.

Exactly, I have that in my mind and thinking of 2 weeks time.
