I was more thinking an influx of fresh restaurants, some more music and bar venues, some art & pedestrian stuff..

Definitely find a few photographers who specialize in real estate.Don't just go with someone who does weddings, nature, etc. 

Just busy supervising rehab, leasing up units, and planning the big RE Networking Summit later this year (putting down deposit today on venue!).

It's the 2nd Weds of the month. 

I would rather not run out and get married to get the gift of equity, especially with all of the planning and everything that has already gone into our wedding. 

I arrive Wed afternoon actually.
