The common area language should dictate that personal items are not stored in common areas, it may also address maintenance of those areas, but you will need to amend it to address outdoor furniture and grills. 

The big box stores sell a kit for less than $20 bucks I think.Hope this helps.  

I bought flooring from Ollie's Bargain Outlet, a chain store we have around here that buys lots of name brand goods.

But most of the people I personally know running these syndications...I wouldnt trust them to run a corner store.

And then of course you'll unload everything and store in a safe place, right?

Hi i own commercial building with 6 1-bed and three retail stores in it and 2 1bed houses and sfh so im interested in networking in Des monies or ames or anywhere within 50 miles of Boone also looking to start group this fall in my area to find private lenders and investors in my market and community.

Remember that a lot of revenue is built on relationships with return renters and web sites like Airbnb where you build a reputation. 

They had a rental/web portal that hasn't worked in the 9 months that I've been with them.

I do live close by to a school, hospital, grocery store, gas station.
