The project scope included: Upstairs, a gut remodel of the kitchen, including adding a dishwasher, and opening up a wall to make an open living room/kitchen, updating the bathroom, adding a washer/dryer hook-up, and new paint/carpet.

We got lucky in that we could handle it ourselves, no major root issues or collapsed pipes, just lots of disgusting backup in the tubs and washer drain sink. 

This guy was here on BP, chased him off as well as others.

Washer/dryer hook ups located in private closet area, so I would need to buy a washer/dryer. 

Can you guys suggest if a washer dryer in a master bath is a good idea or not?

I'm selling a house and the washer hookups are on the porch.

We just bought a house 1300 square feet, the selling point was the garage, two car and washer and dryer were located there.

I saw the home it needed some TLC but overall it had washer/dryer unit, refrigerator, stove.

I've actually done the same thing with washers/dryers that I provided as a convenience to the tenant because I had extra ones.
