Most enticing is it is located on a very well established street with a wall score of 92 - lots of restaurants, bars, shops and a park nearby.

Do people in your market pay more to not be living wall to wall?

(to harass my plumber/contractor) (The plumber left me hanging a few years ago so he fixed the problem for free, she has NO need for his contact info)  I sent her pictures of the damage and offered her the $50 cleaning fee back.  

3) Aside from washing the walls or getting a full repaint quoted, would it be reasonable to deduct the expected cost of "Kilz" paint/odor sealant brand for effected square footage?

I guess the question is what are they lying about (employment, evictions or putting a dent in the wall).

Alterations to the original building plans, however small, can create risks.In a nearby county, they have inspectors going around town to check for any unauthorized alterations, A co-worker had an old window AC, his wife was tired of not able to open and use that window, opted to buy a through the wall AC.

But I don't see any low hanging fruit in any niche in real estate investing any more. 

Do you have to bust a hole in the wall or dig holes everywhere - how much does that cost?  

However, these properties won't be low hanging fruit.
