I can run a vacuum attachment over them and it cleans dust right off...if they really get gross you can pop the whole blind out of the holders and hose it off outside, lol.

A policy with a higher premium may be a better deal if it doesnot have a wind deductible.Most of the better rates are from companies that write the Building coverage on a "Replacement Cost" (RC) basis.It is a better coverage for the policy holder than "Actual Cash Value" (ACV).A policy basedon ACV will normally have a lower limit (ACV = RC minus depreciation).RC is the cost to rebuild the structure with the same kind and quality.

Chris - In GA a lienholder is required to hold the lien that for one year and a day, if the original owner does not satisfy the lien that someone currently holds it then becomes the lien holder's property.
