Their generic landing page verifies the details of their property and notifies me when someone snaps the code.

Don't believe what anyone tells you besides your insurance agent/broker and even then verify the info they're telling you, don't go off of the owner's previous insurance numbers.Also, be careful that in-place rents aren't already at market or above market slightly.

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

Then verify your findings by contacting property managers, talking to other investors in your area, etc.

It's not really true loyalty program it's actually more a way to verify their underwriting and get more and more comfortable with you as a client/customer.

Verifying last 2 years of rental history very important!

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?
