Prices are high but they claim some pretty impressive figures like circa 15% YOY value gains since they started in 2004 on average (I struggle to believe this).

The purchase price of your potential new primary versus your HHI is under 2x gross which in today's climate is rather impressive! 

The fact that you have 8-10.5% interest rate and still cash flow is impressive, but I'm guessing part of that is because you put a lot of money down. 

People are under the impression they will make a fortune holding on to these empty lots, but I am not so sure.
