I do not own a car and DFW is not quite public transportation nor bike friendly, so I prefer to live conveniently close to work (I walk to work right now).

But basics like rent, food, transport, energy, etc. will have to increase in price.

Excellent location with direct Bus/ public transportation/ Dudley square and close distance to the best offerings of South End and Downtown.

I admit, unlike @Mike Lambert, I have not crammed myself into the "public transportation" cars with 5 other strangers, or taken a public bus, but that's more about being a spoiled foreigner that needs air conditioning and personal space than anything else. 

The community and infrastructure that is going to have to support those launches and move the materials the rockets transport, what is called in maritime economics the "hinterland" of this port, is going to have to be built.Is Musk moving near Boca Chica?

For multifamily properties, one difficulty has been the lack of transportation to Manhattan (unless you're close to one of the Metro North stations).

It’s distance from retail locations and public transportation.

Vacancy rates have less to do with demographics, and more to do with people moving to bigger cities closer to employment and transportation.
