Well, after SEVERAL back and forth attempts to get it right (due to the language barrier), we’ve finally gotten a logo completed, but the package I purchased also came with a social media kit (along with 3-d logo, logo transparency, stationary designs, and source file). 

Completely transparent with my a/c issues, professional, easy to deal with and didn't push for me to replace my aging units.

But I do agree that honesty and transparency is best.

If you are transparent and honest with each other from the day of LLC inception on ALL money matters, you have the best chance of success and preserved friendship. 

Okay, full transparency...I am biased...As a 30 year broker, licensed General Contractor, owner of a property management firm, and the owner of 16 investment properties, I think self-managing to save property management fees isn't worth the hassle, learning curve cost or the liability and risk. 

Either you haven't been completely transparent here, or you need to learn a bit more about how to improve your credit to put yourself in a better buying position.

I want transparency on how the deal is performing (or not), and we're not off to a good start if you can't tell me how the deal is being structured.
