Wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a trusted carpenter/handyman/contractor who can install wood butcher block countertops?

I’ve installed DIY split systems myself.

We are renovating a home in the Catskills and stuck on what railing to install on our outdoor deck—cable or metal.  

Given the extensive work needed I will be using sweat equity to complete the job minus the installation of windows and doors.

I want to have my crew install them but want to purchase it right out to install. 

My current solution is no longer supported and can’t no longer be installed on a laptop.

I bought the home as is but a new septic system was installed in 2019, I have the county record on it.   

He said what most people do, is install their own private meter somewhere along the tenants pipes.

Is there enough room to install drain field for septic. - type of lot.
