I’ve heard so many inspiring stories about members who started with nothing and now own multiple properties by taking a chance.

We are starting the process of analyzing deals, making a plan and executing on it. 

I'm curious what more experienced investors will leave to finish repairing after they list the property, but before they start to show it (or lease it).

The end goal is to have a piece of land with multiple houses: one for my growing family but also a home for my mother in law.My mother in law has agreed to foot the money on a new property/land up front and when ready we can buy land from her to build/develop etc.
