A family in this area that requires that many bedrooms may spell trouble with a bunch of out of control kids or several family members who sit around with no job and plenty of weed.Note a 7 bedroom house in a nice neighborhood but with only 1-2 bathrooms is 'functionally obsolete' and will be a hard sell as well.
