Hi BP,I currently own, 6 properties in a small town of southwest Va, Covington, Va.  

I was in the Army for 7.5yrs, then worked at the Department of Homeland Security, and Marine Corps Base Quantico before coming back to Middleburg, FL (just southwest of Jacksonville). 

I am the son of a contractor that was raised in Chicago and completed several flips before heading down to Southwest Florida.

I will look into these areas in South west Ontario.

@Christina Colon Hi Christina Southwest Florida especially Cape Coral/estero area is great we are also seeing very little slow down as far as change of season.
