What is your opinion or experience in taking that plunge?

I just need a hand in taking myself up to the next level with getting started.

Knowing that you need to make a living or a successful investment, which is really your motivation, the reluctance in taking action goes away, you understand the subject and you have proven that to yourself as you tested yourself or were tested.

I'm not sure if the regulations are different in Baltimore from Detroit but for your furnace air intake its usually required to pull air from the outside.

The furnaces only had the intakes and exhausts stubbed out, not elbowed up and down with separation.

How much would the property management fees impact your cash flow and is there a way to increase intake to push cash flow into the black?

My friends also clearly had no interest in taking care of the property, and it's pretty wrecked.

She was approved by a top rated PM company in San Antonio... whom proved to be very slow in taking preventative action. 4 months in, the neighborhood watch group had called me twice about  activity.

I’m interested in taking a portion of that equity and hoping to begin my real estate portfolio.
