REI Central in Charleston is an excellent place to network locally, and CHS Circle is another good local meetup.

I understand the models and use them to my advantage too, but everything you just said is why eXp has a bad name in recruiting circles.

Fund and Grow is what most people use in my circle.

He just got a social security number and has signed the lease.

Each is about 1/2 a social group, and the other half, learning and sharing from others in the industry.
