@Alicia Marks funniest and also most disturbing - didn't know at the time but a tree root was blocking our sewer line at our duplex.

To this day, I’ll move a yard of mulch, clean our gutters, mow the lawn etc but I will not color, cut or even touch up the roots of my hair!

Because that property had a tree root that lifted the driveway about 2 inches, with a crack through the blacktop. 

My background is rooted in public health and nutrition, so I can't help that my brain defaults to health-related topics - ha! 

But after I have had guests complaints with things like forgetting to empty trash, food left in the oven, no towels or soap in a bathroom I have reconsidered it, and starting over with a new crew.

Also would not warranty a drain they cleared and treated for roots, after specifically paying to make sure I had the warranty.

Most didn't bother, but because of ongoing tree roots infiltration we replaced it all & added a back flow valve for an extra $450.
