You have quite a few things to get more smoothly operating but I will throw out a few quick ones.

The price to income ratio on SFRs in my area did not make sense any longer so I transitioned to STRs. 

I own over 200 units and have separate bank accounts for each LLC to keep things smooth and straight forward.
