I have had good luck over the last 5 years myself but when I saw the title of your post it reminded of the foreclosure sale in December when the guy who “won” the auction actually paid double what the property was worth but I guarantee he was singing winner winner chicken dinner to all his friends!

Then you need to provide the mortgage note.If you indicate you rent, they will want to see a verification of rent, which you won't be able to provide, and then you have to indicate that you own it.Also, many lenders do public record checks, and a recorded mortgage will come up.Remember you are singing legally binding documentation, and are required to disclose it.
