Under a typical lease all tenants are jointly responsible for the rent, so if one flakes out, the others have to pick up the slack.It sounds like a little too much potential drama for my taste.

Around here, they suspect that it has been put up to cover structural damage.Local tastes vary, and tastes in the different economic classes vary.I don't like vinyl and buyers don't like vinyl, so I won't use it.
