Any development work they've done on the property also becomes your property.If the property becomes yours, you could try to sell it back to them quickly and below market for a nice profit.

It would be like if someone prepared to sell by painting to create fresh visual interest, but chose fuscia and lime green...those colors would certainly catch the eye but I'd never claim that they overdid the curb appeal by painting with too much visual interest.

However, you can't sell something unstable, with circular references, requiring human override, etc.But, if you stabilized it, the model loses efficiency.
