Your best course of action is going to be to really see what you can do to get your credit score up as quickly and as much as possible - you will likely be able to find options right now - but your terms are going to be much much better if you can get that credit score even up like 30-40 points

In our opinion, Class C tenants have FICO scores from 560 to 620 - where their chance of default/nonpayment is 15-22%.

We would like our home year three to be FHA as well.Hey Leah, when it comes time to refinance you can as long as you qualify for a conventional loan with a credit score of 620 or higher and have 5% – 25% equity in the home.

I would suggest using this website to get a general idea of the locations you are interested in. https://www.areavibes.com/Its pretty cool because they give you a total livability score and you can just see the different data that they give you
