Until recently, I’ve been doing so on a series of notes and spreadsheets and it’s been a super manual process with a lot of room for error.

QBO's reports are also super duper customizable.And, the 3rd major benefit of QBO is its ability to integrate with other platforms more seamlessly than REI-specific software.I promise I don't work for Intuit haha.

Hey @Clint Kelly, I was going to recommend something like BuilderTrend but from what you've said, QuickBooks Online (QBO_ does exactly what you need.The key here is you need an REI-savvy bookkeeping professional since you stated your current bookkeeper is dropping the ball.What you want is super easy to accomplish for a flipping company using QBO.We have Clients who flip close to 100 properties/year and everything is super organized for each property using QBO.It's the operator, not the software in this case.Hope that helps!

Hell when you pull back the curtain most people would be shocked to realize that all those prim and proper super nice 50 year old lady Realtors that seem so nice; those ladies are some of the most cut throat sharks in the game.

Has anyone else had this problem, I've removed the baseboards and tapped it back together once already but it continues to separate, not really sure what to do, it looks great and holds up super well, except for the gaps! 

However, you don't get the super warm weather that you get in florida either or say texas either.
