My wife not comfortable putting our house as equity, therefore we are utilizing other options to fund investment properties. 

Typically, these investors are trying to put down as little as possible.

If you're a wholesaler, dont risk your deposit, and don't waste our time (unless you have a sweet off market deal!)

I imagine that the list is short and full of risk.

I am slowly going crazy with how expensive Massachusetts is and I am leaning towards looking at cheaper foreclosure properties.I understand there is some risk to this but I am beginning to think this is the only option I will have because of how fast the market is growing.Thank you for any insight you may have!

The world values your money at 3 or 4% with no risk. 8 or 10% with moderate risk.

If I don't have to put down a large payment on a new loan, it's worth giving them more. 

If I'm even able to find a buyer, I will more than likely lose every penny I put into it and probably have to pay.
