Hi @Rene Hosman -In a nutshell, I find motivated sellers and tenants with damaged credit (or ones without a large enough down payment) and work to put the tenants in the seller's house with an option to buy.

So on the rental agreement, I had wrote its a two bedroo0m house ,then on a separate agreement, I wrote one bedroom for the remaining portion  of the rent.

It's highly likely that this is the case and that one of the covenants for this loan was that it has to remain your primary residence while the loan was in place.
