You need to add some art or photos that depicts the local nature, local mountains, or something special regionally. 

HOWEVER, there are certain areas that are dealing with different layers, like.. massive migration to the Southeast Region of the US, which means tourist areas near those areas (beaches and mountains) are still exploding and breaking records for STR market cap (money spent by guests on rentals).

The hedge funds and International investors have been pouring into both metros and both are consistently on every list as growth hubs.As was mentioned, the Brightline will only enhance access to other major metros like Miami and Tampa, we are going to see much more growth in the space industry (again), not landlocked and not as vulnerable to hurricanes.

You can also try regional banks to get the construction and stabilized loan terms.

I am thinking about using hard money to fund my new build but once completed refinancing thru a traditional bank to get a longer loan and a more favorable rate. find. lender that does both. easy street we are talking to for several new build triplexes for clients in columbus. they go up to 85% LTC and then can refinance on a DSCR. they want to see you win and do way more transaction volume than smaller local or regional funds.
