Our actual carriers used to be Secura, but they seem to be getting out of a lot of insurance lines or pricing so high as to have customers drop off, and we just moved policies in Nov. to Hanover Insurance.

Making such a hasty decision on two weeks worth of knowing these people as your customers seems like a rash decision to me, but I don't know exactly what's going on, and sometimes personalities just do not mix well together.

In the areas I’m in appropriately priced units rent very quickly to qualified renters.

A prudent investor doesn't seek quick riches through shortcuts.

Get her out as quickly as possible.

My quick opinion is yes, there's money to be made as an investor, but it's not for the faint of heart (or stomach)!

The leaders of these must gain unearned trust and authority very quickly.
