@Sonia Alvarez You might want to look into debit consolidation by a local credit union or bank, if you have missed a payment in the past your interest rates are most likely sky high and you could reduce your monthly obligations by getting a better rate.

I already have a bank account/ debit card per property so that allows me to not have to worry about splitting up the costs per house on a single bank account or credit card and geting confused.

One way to make things a little more traceable: Wells Fargo, and I imagine other banks as well, offers a "Reverse Debit Card" that you can give to a tenant Or in this case borrower and they can then go in any branch, swipe their card, and deposit their rent into an account you designate.
