Hi Shannon,The long answer is you can spend thousands and thousands of dollars fighting an HOA to lose along with precious time in your life you will NEVER get back.ORThe short answer is you can take all that money that will be wasted on the HOA and either go rent a place for your business or buy a place.

I am just trying to fact find and gather info before I exhaust anymore precious time into wholesaling without a license.

Hard assets including real estate, precious metals, and others will hold against inflation and will increase in value.

With a new family, I've realized that time is a scarce (and the most precious) commodity, and so I have to shift my focus to work smarter, not harder.So, in the last two years, I've read anything I can get my hands on pertaining to real estate.
