We were excited and thought hopefully it would be simple and go smoothly.Oh would you gentleman give you your opinion on what this means;"If said occupant fail to surrender possession of the subject property within 30 days of the date of this order, then after the 30 days from entry of this order, The sheriff of County is directed to eject and remove said occupant from said property"Does this mean persons and or material things?

So I will have cash reserves set for the property.Current RentsUnit 1*: 615 Unit 2: 775 Unit 3: 775 Unit 4: 600 (Will occupy this one)= $2165 monthly rent* I plan on upping this to 775 once in my possession, and eventually increasing all of them to 850 once it's turnover time.

My lease has a default M2M paragraph that keeps all the terms of the lease enforced with the exception of the time period in the event the tenant has holdover possession of the property.
