My final comment is, while I agree K-town is a great transit hub and very walkable, do consider that parking in K-town is IMPOSSIBLE.

The fun fact I love to quote is that you can get to something like 73% of the continental US within a days drive of Columbus, so it has been and always will be a huge logistics hub.

They printed $4.5T with more coming.. this is going straight to inflate asset prices (rents and property values).Also, people are spooked by (mostly) propaganda and fear porn so they are scared to get near other people -> will spend more time in a house.I'm loading up on real estate.Your thread title... same thing I've read on here incessantly since 2015.

Looking into it there's a large development of condo's to be ready for 2023 - with the transport hub to the GTA, upcoming Hurontario LRT, lots of Mississauga growth as well as seeing average SFHs selling for $1m+ - could be potentially a decent return.Condo's, especially new builds, haven't really entered my mind due to the lower CoC/higher HOA fees and not seeing any short term ROI as it's a pre-construction, however the potential appreciation is giving me second thoughts and would like to know if anyone is looking to/has invested in this area, or what your opinion is on the potential growth?

Like our new homes we are building NO one will survey them .. the lender though does whats called a foundation survey and we do whats called a Hub and tac lender before we get vertical draws on the construction loan wants to make sure the foundation is on the lot and in the right spot..
