Hi William Rickett , I'm a wholesaler focused on the NE Dallas, Garland, Richardson, and E Plano areas.

We would appreciate recommendations for the Plano, TX area in the town north of Dallas.Townhome in popular area near a multitude of corporate HQs, major tollroads; catering to a largely executive market, young couples or single people.

I know a lot of landlords that refuse to rent section 8.They were paying premium last year for my SFR in East Plano, TX.

Frisco has a few areas where there are duplex/fourplex properties and so does Plano, carrollton, mckinney, little elm etc.With the market being insane as it is these days, there is nothing really on the market but you can do the legwork, find the owners and try to convince someone to sell to you.Good luck!

If it is convenient I would recommend live classes as you get to meet instructors, students and can network with others in the fieldI went to Champions RE school in Plano and they offer live, online or self paced classes.
