I have turned over all of units multiple times the highest vacancy I'll get us under 1 week becuase property will be up for rent 2 months prior from existing tenants moving out.

We've done this multiple times and it should not be a costly endeavor. 

As noted above, a lot of buyers in those auctions are the same people who buy dozens if not hundreds of houses in auctions, sometimes all over the state or multiple states.

For example, South Cape has larger tourist destinations such as Cape Harbour, the downtown area, Yacht Club, Marina Village, etc, where there's really nothing comparable to any of those districts in the Burnt Store area.

So I am not in a place to buy multiple properties in support for airbnb, not yet, more so closer to the end of next year.

As far as I know, I don't think software like Stessa or Baselane can really track anything related to multiple owners/partners. 

Multiple offers are now the rare exception, not the norm.

I've used mine multiple times in the past deals, including a VA jumbo loan.
