Moral of the story is to know your lease agreement backwards and forwards, and make sure it's air tight.

Have a moral code and it will go a long way 

Voluntary illegal border crossing is not a moral issue.

Given the legal and moral risks that are obvious I don't see why you would take the risk unless you believe that the individual would default and you could end up with the property.

I operate a legit, moral, and ethical business and did nothing but better the investor image already.

@Joseph Theriault  For the most part in Utah with a license you can do anything that is legal and moral as long as it is disclosed.

Hi everyone in the community,Quick question on what you might call morals etc when dealing with a property seller.When on the telephone upon first contact would it be ok to say a "written offer" to them within a certain timeframe.

The amount of collaboration between lenders and investors can be so close as to approach fraud or conspiracy.We live in a totally new marketplace, where moral hazard is the name of the game.

Moral of my story,  I need a couple apartment complexes as soon as possible!
