If you can get 10 or 20 landlords to kick in $100, you can have a lawyer review the docs and laws and regardless of the review, send a letter threatening legal action. 

I found the new job the prospect was hired for (Provided me with a job letter stating the rate and date started as Sept 30) at the end of last month, shows that the LLC the prospect works for has been administratively dissolved a few months back.

It’s awesome to see a veteran in the mix (I'm still active-duty, will be transitioning in a few months).

Areas like Georgian Acres to Gracywood are in demand, offering a mix of affordability and growth potential.

Apartment demand in the Phoenix area is high, the demand far exceeds supply at least for the product mix I have under management.

Talking to lenders for pre-approval letters.  

I have read extensively on this site about coin op vs non coin op and the opinions are decidedly mixed.

we think that they will because we are getting letters from the new landlords that they want to move into.
