Units 1-7 are rented out at $725 on 12-month leases (although I have not gotten the expiration dates on those yet), and Units 8-9 are not completed but are slightly larger townhomes than can be renovated and rented out for more along the lines of $850-900.

yes and @jamie @Jamie Banks is there a way to get funds out quickly such as via a casheir's check in some way from baselane if your capital is in their accts or do you still need to keep money in a local acct you can go to and get for purchasing a property or larger costs?

(3) The exception to the 80% rule I abide by is when the commercial space is leased to a credit tenant with a proven & sustainable business or where the space presents the opportunity to attract a neighborhood amenity F&B operator (this is most beneficial in instances where you have a larger localized portfolio where these commercial tenants can positively impact the value of your overall residential portfolio).
