@Robert Del ToroMy first thought is not to use that image on your prospectus.On a more serious note, to find private investors you'll either have to have one in your circle of friends/family/acquaintances, or you'll have to talk to other real estate investors (by actually being helpful, interested, and their friend) and then see if you can find the people who help them finance their deals.I'm not even connected, and I can tell you, it's super irritating to meet someone and have them asking me if a know/have a private investor like, 5 minutes later.Build the relationships, put in the hustle, the money will come once you set the stage.

For some, the deposit is already seen as "spent and gone" and never expect anything back, based on the condition of the place they leave it in, or live in, for that matter.So the MTM gives me the opportunity to get rid of them by cancellation if they irritate me, and the lease does not have an advantage for me since most have basically nothing to loose.People with a more stable and higher income I do leases.
