My family has been involved in REI since I can remember and I've spent countless weekends fixing rental properties and doing some DIY rehab.I'm currently in the research phase of my real estate career and although my family's experience in RE lays heavily in single family homes, I am more drawn to multi-family and flipping.  

We are in the expansion phase where I live.

If you wanted equity growth buying in a new subdivision for phase zero where dirt lots are just being built with little to no houses tends to have the best pricing.

I HAVE A GOOD NETWORK OF LENDES AND REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS HERE IN OREGON AND AM LOOKING TO BEGIN THE REAL ESTATE INVESTING PHASE OF MY LIFE AS I SEND MY KIDS OFF TO COLLEGE WITHIN THE NEXT 4 YEARS.

I'm still in the learning phase so I have to explore all my options including those I don't yet know about.

I am in the marketing phase of this right now and am looking for more house with this scenerio.

There have been 3 major developments (easily 100+ units each) that have gone up over the last 2-3 years with more phases rolling out soon.  

I'm in a learning phase with no properties in my portfolio.

I am still in the DD phase of purchasing in Tampa area but I'd hope to move early in the new year.
