Toby does a great job selling the firm and giving away free advice on Tax Tuesdays but after that I read on Yelp some reviews of not so stellar service, you get pawned off to a unlicensed employee and have to keep following up, reiterating your questions, and nobody cares.

I have an employee that bought a 40X15 (600 sq ft) prefab metal building for 11,000 then spent 7,000 turning it into a home, for the 7k he was able to super insulate it , create a single bedroom, a full bathroom with laundry, and a small kitchen.

In either case, if you call the employee listed on her voucher or annual renewal notice, they're usually happy to run the numbers ahead of time and let you know exactly what will happen, though they obviously wont encourage you to raise the rent over the limit even if they wont actually reject the increase.
